SKILLED NURSING Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care treatment and instruction to the patient and family, coordinating with all other involved in the patient's care.
Certified Nurse Assistant
Assists the patient with activities of daily living such as bathing, personal hygiene, preparing and serving meals, light housekeeping, assisting with home exercise program, observing and reporting changes in patient's condition and needs.
Medical Social Worker
Services helps the patient and family deal with psychosocial and financial issues which interfere with the patient's recuperation and mental stability.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Patients regain functional mobility, increase strength and improve range of motion. Therapists provide special treatment as prescribed by the physician.
Occupational Therapist
Increases the patient's independence and ability to perform daily functions by
teaching adaptive methods and use of special equipment.
Speech-Language Patologist
Helps improve the patient's functional speech by administering a speech therapy program using specialized therapeutic technique and/or
equipment.
